Cheesy Veggie Bread

Ingredients
Small head cauliflower (cut into rice sized pieces)
Small head broccoli (cut into rice sized pieces)
120g (1/2 cup) cheddar cheese
Small handful chives (finely chopped)
2-3 sprigs rosemary leaves finely chopped
Small handful fresh parsley finely chopped
1 tsp garlic granules
2 eggs
Directions
INGREDIENTS
- Small head cauliflower (cut into rice sized pieces)
- Small head broccoli (cut into rice sized pieces)
- 120g (1/2 cup) cheddar cheese
- Small handful chives (finely chopped)
- 2-3 sprigs rosemary leaves finely chopped
- Small handful fresh parsley finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 2 eggs
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180ºC/350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir well until fully combined.
- Empty onto the baking sheet, then use the parchment paper to press it down and evenly spread.
- Bake for 20 minutes until the top is golden brown.
Serving to babies: Cut into strips and serve with a side of avocado spears.
Serving for older children and adults: Cut into pieces, then top with hummus, avocado spears, sliced tomato. Then top with freshly chopped chives and season with a little black pepper (and salt for adults).
