Ingredients
100g Chopped Mixed Nuts
40g Desiccated Coconut
50g Coconut Flour
1 Fresh Mango
35g Dried Mango
2 tbsps Smooth Peanut Butter
1 tsp Turmeric
2 tbsps Smooth Peanut Butter
1 tsp Cocoa Powder
1-2 tsps Maple Syrup
2 tsps Melted Coconut Oil
2 tbsps Desiccated Coconut
Handful Nuts Finely Ground

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g Chopped Mixed Nuts
  • 40g Desiccated Coconut
  • 50g Coconut Flour
  • 1 Fresh Mango
  • 35g Dried Mango
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tbsps Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1-2 tsps Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsps Melted Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbsps Desiccated Coconut
  • Handful Nuts Finely Ground

 

METHOD

  1. Add all of the ingredients for the Blissballs into a blender and blend until the nuts are completely broken up and smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl, then take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat until all of the mixture is used up.
  3. To make the chocolate topping mix all of the ingredients together.
  4. Dip the Blissballs into your choice of coatings – mango, desiccated coconut or chocolate.
  5. Leave to set in the fridge for 2-3 hours before eating.
