Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Once foil seal has been broken, close bag tightly and use within 6 weeks, leaving the desiccant bag in place.

Directions for use:
Take one teaspoon (3.5g) of lecithin granules three times a day. 100% Lifeboost lecithin granules are delicious directly from the spoon, but can also be added to food and drink.
