Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging and allow meat to come up to room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking. Stud with cloves of garlic and sprigs of rosemary, drizzle with a little oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5
Preheat oven. Place the lamb on a roasting tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for times indicated.
Medium: 25 mins. per 500g + 25 mins. Extra
Well Done: 30 mins. per 500g + 25 mins. Extra
Allow the joint to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Carve thinly using a sharp knife. Do not reheat.
