If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging and slice the fillet into 2.5cm thick slices. Drizzle with a little oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Preheat pan over a High heat. Sear the slices on all sides, reduce the heat to Medium and cook for time indicated, turning occasionally.
Ensure Product is Piping Hot Throughout. Do Not Reheat.
