Suitable for home freezing.
Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by' date. For 'use by' date and weight, see top of pack. Suitable for home freezing.
If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
Once cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Remove netting prior to carving. Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
Hob - From Chilled - 45 mins. per kg + 30 mins. extra
Place the ham in a pot, cover with cold water and bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for time indicated. Drain and serve.
Oven cook - From Chilled - 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 65 mins. per kg + 25 mins. extra
Preheat oven. Place the ham on a roasting tray and cover loosely with foil. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes of cooking to brown the joint.

Preparation and Usage
Serving suggestion: Once cooked, carefully remove the rind from the ham, score the fat, brush with honey and decorate with cloves. Finish in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes or until the fat becomes golden and crispy.
