Healthy Pizza Wrap

Ingredients
4 plain white wraps
1 tube tomato puree
250g grated cheddar and mozzarella
150g sliced mushrooms
2 red onions, sliced
2 peppers, sliced
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Fresh basil leaves to garnish (optional)

- 4 plain white wraps
- 1 tube tomato puree
- 250g grated cheddar and mozzarella
- 150g sliced mushrooms
- 2 red onions, sliced
- 2 peppers, sliced
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Fresh basil leaves to garnish (optional)
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 220°C/200° fan.
- Place the wraps on a baking tray or pizza tray (you may need to cook in batches).
- Spread some tomato puree on each wrap.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with plenty of cheese.
- Place some mushrooms, onions and peppers over the top.
- Bake in the hot oven for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove and scatter with fresh basil leaves before serving.
