Ingredients
4 plain white wraps
1 tube tomato puree
250g grated cheddar and mozzarella
150g sliced mushrooms
2 red onions, sliced
2 peppers, sliced
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Fresh basil leaves to garnish (optional)

  • 4 plain white wraps
  • 1 tube tomato puree
  • 250g grated cheddar and mozzarella
  • 150g sliced mushrooms
  • 2 red onions, sliced
  • 2 peppers, sliced
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Fresh basil leaves to garnish (optional)

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/200° fan.
  2. Place the wraps on a baking tray or pizza tray (you may need to cook in batches).
  3. Spread some tomato puree on each wrap.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Top with plenty of cheese.
  6. Place some mushrooms, onions and peppers over the top.
  7. Bake in the hot oven for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Remove and scatter with fresh basil leaves before serving.
