From Wednesday 2nd April, all your valid digital Shop & Save vouchers can now be used while shopping online or in-store.
Reserve your slot before you complete your order to see what Shop & Save vouchers and offers are available on the day of your delivery or collection.
To ensure your vouchers are available to use when you shop in-store and online, make sure the VALUEclub number you use while shopping in-store is the same as the VALUEclub number added to your online grocery account.

Cart Summary:
The total number of items that are in your cart.
Cart Total:
Total before Savings & Promotions, Shop & Save Vouchers and the Service Fee is applied.
SAVINGS & VOUCHERS
Savings & Promotions:
Valid offers such as ‘3 for 2’ or ’25% off’ that you have availed of.
Vouchers:
In this example, the cart is over €100 and the customer has 2 valid Shop & Save vouchers to use after any Savings & Promotions and before the Service Fee is applied.
ORDER VALUE, FEE & TOTAL
Order Value:
Cart Total minus Savings & Promotions and Shop & Save Vouchers.
Deposit:
This is the deposit which has been charged in relation to the Deposit Return Scheme.
Service Fee:
The delivery fee for your chosen delivery slot.
Total (Estimated):
Your estimated order total. The final total charged is not calculated until your order has been picked and charged in store prior to delivery. Find more information on why your order has an estimated price, here.
VOUCHER SUMMARY
The Voucher Summary will display details of all valid or expired vouchers.

What are €10 off €50 vouchers?
Our iconic €10 off €50 Vouchers help you save on your final bill. For every €50 you spend, €10 will be deducted. So, your shop worth €50 will only cost you €40, likewise your shop worth €100 will only cost you €80. Please note your €10 off €50 Vouchers voucher savings are calculated based on the value of vouchers you currently have available on the day of your delivery / collection. Standard exclusions apply. Can I also use my €5 off €25 vouchers online?
You will be able to use all your valid digital Shop & Save vouchers while shopping online and in-store. This is provided that the qualifying spend / threshold has been met, and the vouchers are valid on the day of collection / delivery.
How are Vouchers applied?
To ensure that you get the best value from your vouchers, we will always apply the highest denomination voucher first, regardless of the expiry date. This is provided that the qualifying spend / threshold has been met, and the vouchers are valid on the day of collection / delivery.
How do I receive €10 off €50 vouchers online?
You will receive your €10 off €50 Vouchers with your order receipt when it is emailed. These will also be available in the Dunnes Stores App.
How do my €10 off €50 vouchers get deducted from my Dunnes Stores Online Grocery bill?
We will automatically apply your accrued €10 off €50 voucher(s) to your order. Your €10 off €50 voucher savings are calculated based on the value of vouchers you currently have available on the day of your delivery / collection.
Why did I not receive the €10 discount on my order?
Sometimes, if you do not allow substitutions and there are out of stock items in your order, the bill total will fall below €50 and therefore the €10 voucher will not apply. There are also occasions where a substituted item could cost less than the original item which could see your bill total fall below €50.
Do €10 off €50 vouchers work on the Dunnes Stores Fashion & Home website?
€10 off €50 vouchers do not apply to Dunnes Stores Fashion & Home and can only be used with your Dunnes Stores Grocery shop. Standard exclusions apply. See Terms & Conditions for more information.
All of my vouchers are not showing on the checkout?
The only vouchers that will be shown on the checkout will be the vouchers that can be applied based on the spend value of the qualifying products in the cart.

The only vouchers that will be applied on the checkout will be the vouchers that are valid on the date of your delivery / collection.
What if I use my vouchers in store?
If you use your vouchers in store then they will no longer be available to use. Any additional vouchers that you earn will however be applied to your online shop if they are valid at the time of collection / delivery.
Can I use the vouchers I earn online in-store?
Vouchers earned online can be used in-store and digital vouchers earned in-store can be used online. Standard terms and conditions apply.
I cannot get a slot before my vouchers expire.
Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee the availably of a slot within the validity dates of your vouchers. Please try an alternative fulfilment method or store to see if other slots are available for you. If you contact the call centre, we will be happy to help.
Can my voucher expiry dates be extended?
Unfortunately, we cannot extend the dates of any vouchers.
Can I use paper €10 off €50 vouchers on my order?
Only digital vouchers that are valid on the date of your delivery / collection will be applied on the checkout.
Will my vouchers be returned if my full order is refunded?
The vouchers that were used on your order will be cancelled and will not be returned. You will however keep the vouchers that you earned when your order was charged.
I had vouchers in my Dunnes Stores app, why were they not applied?
The vouchers you currently have in your wallet may be due to expire before the day of your delivery / collection. Voucher savings are only calculated based on the value of vouchers you currently have available in your Dunnes Stores app on the day of your delivery / collection.
The only vouchers that will be shown on the checkout will be the vouchers that can be applied based on the spend value of the qualifying products in the cart.
TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY
Offer excludes clothing, footwear, homewares, café, alcohol (does not affect non-alcoholic items), tobacco, medicines, infant milk formula, lottery products, checkout bags, savings stamps, gift vouchers/cards, & mobile top-up & items purchased for resale.
Voucher(s) can only be accepted at time of transaction.
Voucher(s) can only be used provided the specified minimum amount has been spent on items from the department(s) specified and in a single transaction.
If qualifying items are returned, thereby reducing the value of the original transaction to below the qualifying threshold the value of the corresponding voucher(s) will be deducted from the refund unless the voucher(s) issued in the original transaction are returned at the same time.
Copied, damaged or defaced vouchers will not be accepted.
