Once opened, store in an airtight container.<br/><br/><b>Preparation and Usage</b><br/>You Will Need:<br/> 450g Odlums Irish farmhouse brown bread mix<br/> 350ml water<br/> 1 tsp oil<br/> 900g/2lb loaf tin<br/> <br/> Method:<br/> 1. Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.<br/> 2. Grease the loaf tin.<br/> 3. Add dry mix to a mixing bowl. Pour in 350ml water and 1 teaspoon of oil. Mix thoroughly with a spoon to form a dough.<br/> 4. Transfer the dough into the tin. Spread evenly, smoothing the surface with the back of the spoon.<br/> 5. Make a cut 2cm/3/4" deep lengthwise along the centre of the dough.<br/> 6. Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.<br/> 7. Turn out onto a wire tray.
