Preheat grill to the required temperature as shown above.
Place sausages under grill and cook for time indicated, turning occasionally until golden brown.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Medium Heat 8-10 mins.
Preheat a teaspoon (10ml) of oil in a pan over a medium heat.
Place sausages in pan and cook gently for time indicated, turning occasionally until golden brown.
