Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - 8-10 mins.
Preheat 5 ml of oil in a pan over medium heat. Place grill steaks in the pan and cook gently for the time indicated until all juices run clear, turning frequently.
Grill - From Chilled - 12-14 mins.
Preheat grill to a high heat. Place grill steaks under grill and cook for 12-14 mins until all juices run clear, turning frequently.
