If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
500g-800g 8-10 mins.
800g-1.1kg 10-14 mins.
Preheat 5ml of oil in a pan over a Medium heat. Add mince, season and brown for time indicated until all juices run clear. Use as per your favourite recipe.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
