Cooking Guidelines
Hob - From Ambient - Allow 60g of dry mix per 180g cooked serving. Wash thoroughly. Place drained barley in a saucepan and cover with fresh cold water. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer gently for 45-60 minutes until tender.
