Preparation and Usage
How to use: Use True Coarse Himalaya Pink Salt during cooking, or for seasoning a finished dish.
It can be ground using either a salt grinder or a mortar and pestle.
For a bath soak, use approx. 30g of salt for every 3 litres of water.
For making sauerkraut, add 1 tbsp of salt per head of cabbage.
