Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging and allow meat to come up to room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
180℃ Fan, 160℃, Gas 4, 15 mins. per 250g
Preheat oven. Place the lamb on a roasting tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated.
Allow the joint to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Do not reheat.

Wash all surfaces, utensils and hands after contact with raw meat. Keep all raw and cooked products separate.
