Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging and allow meat to come up to room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
Allow the joint to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Carve thinly using a sharp knife. Do not reheat.

30 mins. per 500g + 25 mins. Extra.
Preheat oven. Place the lamb on a roasting tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for times indicated.
