Keep refrigerated at 0°C to +4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours and Use By date. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost in a refrigerator prior to cooking and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Remove all packaging before cooking.
Pre-heat oven to 190°C, 375°F, Gas Mark 5, Fan assisted oven 180°C. Place chicken fillets on a roasting tray, brush lightly with oil and cover loosely with foil. Cook for 25-30 minutes on the middle shelf of the oven. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout before serving. To check product is thoroughly cooked, insert a skewer into the deepest part of the flesh. If chicken is cooked, juices will run clear, if not continue to cook and repeat check.
Do not reheat once cooked.
