THE SUCCULENCE OF FREE-RANGE, IRISH POULTRY

At James Whelan Butchers, all of our chicken and turkey is Irish bred, Irish reared and Irish prepared. Our turkeys live free-range on a small, family farm in Co. Tipperary. Here they roam and forage enjoying a natural diet of native grasses and a little grain. Our chickens are free-range and wander the fields until dusk. Slow growing, careful tending and free living ensures flavours that are richer and more succulent.
