THE LOVE OF IRISH LAMB

All of our lamb is reared locally, on our family farms in Tipperary. They happily graze and wander the Comeragh mountains enjoying nutrient-rich, native grasses. Mountain lamb is prized for its distinctive texture and earthy, aromatic taste.
