Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5°C at the bottom of the fridge. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days and by date shown. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the fridge before use and use within 24 hours.
Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze one defrosted.

Cooking Guidelines
Air Fry - From Chilled - Pre heat air fryer to 200°C based on a 1400w air fryer. Wrap joint in foil and place in air fryer basket. Cook for 30 minutes per 500g. Carefully remove the foil for the last 10 minutes. Remove joint carefully from the air fryer and allow to stand for 5 minutes before carving.
Boil - From Chilled - Place joint in a large saucepan of cold water and bring to the boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes per 500g plus 20 minutes. Remove cooked joint from the water and allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Cooking Instructions - General - Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat.

Please refer to manufacturers guidelines for your air fryer. Ensure product is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Oven cook - From Chilled - Preheat oven to 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas mark 5. Place bacon joint in a roasting tray, cover loosely with foil and cook in the centre of the oven for approx. 35 minutes per 500g plus 20 minutes. Remove foil for last 30 minutes of cooking time. Allow stand for 10 minutes before carving.
