Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by' date. For 'use by' date and weight, see front of pack. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month.
Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all outer packaging and string before cooking.
170°C, Fan 150°C, Gas 4, 3 hours
Preheat oven. Sear the meat all over on a dry, hot frying pan to seal in the flavour and juices. Transfer the meat to a casserole dish, add some roughly chopped root vegetables and enough water to cover the meat. Cover with a lid, place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated or until meat is tender and can be broken up with a fork or spoon.
Do not reheat.
