Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking instructions: Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all outer packaging but leave the strings on while cooking. Drizzle with a little oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 1hr. 5mins.
Preheat oven. Place the joint on a roasting tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated.
Allow the joint to rest for 10 minutes. remove strings before carving. ensure product is piping hot throughout. do not reheat.
