- Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by' date.
- For 'use by' date, see front of pack.
- Suitable for home freezing.
- If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month.
- Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use with 24 hours.
- Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only.
Remove all packaging.
Ensure Product is Piping Hot Throughout. Take Care as Product Will Be Very Hot.
Do Not Reheat.
Microwave - From Ambient - 800W 2 mins., 900W 11/2 mins.
Empty contents into a microwave bowl. Place onto a microwave plate and cook for times indicated. Stir half way through cooking. Stir before serving.
Stir Fry - From Ambient - - In a preheated wok, if adding meat or seafood, stir fry until lightly browned.
- Add vegetables and stir fry both for time indicated on pack.
- Add stir fry sauce just before the end of cooking and serve over rice or noodles.
- Ensure protein and vegetables are fully cooked before serving.
