Blue dragon ramen noodle kit
2 Chicken breasts, thinly sliced
2 Spring onions, sliced
1 Hard-boiled egg, cut in half (optional)
A handful of mangetout
Feeling inspired?
We love to personalise our ramen with these handy tips:
- Add some finely chopped red chillies for an added flavour kick.
- Try the dish with pork belly instead of chicken.
- Instead of coriander use pea shoots or fresh parsley.
- Use other vegetables like peppers and tender stem broccoli.
How to:
1 Heat get your wok smoking hot and add a splash of oil, fry your meat until cooked and set aside.
2 Mix - mix ramen soup paste with 800ml of water and add the dry herbs from the pouch. Bring the soup to the boil, add the ramen noodles and simmer for 4 minutes until tender.
3 Pour pour into the bowls along with the meat and other toppings such as spring onion, mangetout and boiled egg. Serve immediately.
