The following are guidelines only. Preheat oven. Place chicken in a roasting tin and cook in the centre of the oven for approximately 45 minutes per kg plus 30 minutes extra, basting occasionally. Allow chicken to stand in a warm place for 5-10 minutes prior to serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked before serving. To check if product is cooked insert a skewer into the deepest part of the chicken. If product is cooked the juices will run clear. If not continue to cook and repeat check as required. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
