Hob - From Ambient - 1. Put 60g of fused curry sauce in a medium sized saucepan.
2. Pour in 400ml of water and whisk until it is smooth.
3. Place on the hob and stir until it is boiling. Then, reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 5 minutes (give it a stir every few minutes).
4. This is delicious poured over rice, homemade chips or your favourite fakeaway dish! Or try Fiona's chicken curry recipe.
Microwave - From Ambient - 1. Put 60g of fused curry mix in a microwave safe bowl.
2. Pour in 400ml of warm water and whisk until smooth.
3. Place in the microwave on full power for 2 minutes.
4. Give it a stir and place it back in the microwave for another 5 minutes.
