Cooking Instructions - General - The following are just a guide as appliances vary. Cooking time will be reduced if oats are soaked overnight.
Hob - From Ambient - Serves 2
(Preferred Method Of Cooking)
Add 80g of oats and approx. 440ml of dairy milk, one of our Bunalun Organic plant based drinks or cold water into a saucepan. Bring to the boil and cook briskly for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring continuously. Cook for a further 2 to 3 minutes for a softer consistency, if preferable.
Microwave - From Ambient - Serves 1
Use a deep bowl and allow an inch at the top for the oats to expand. Add 40g of oats and approx. 220ml of dairy milk, one of our Bunalun Organic plant based drinks or cold water into the bowl. Do not cover.
Microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute, stir briskly and serve.
