Preparation and Usage
Tear open the plastic packet, just before you are ready to use the heat patch, remove protective film from patch and apply patch to the affected area, adhesive side onto skin or on clothing if too hot. To remove slowly peel off the patch and dispose in normal household waste.Do not leave the patch on the same area of the skin for more than 8 hours in any 24 hours period. Do not use more than one heat patch per day on the same area of skin.Do not cut, pierce or allow the patch to get wet.The patch is for external single use only, do not ingest.Do not attempt to reheat.Stop use and contact your doctor if your pain gets worse or remains unchanged.
