Oven cook - From Chilled - The following are guidelines only.

Remove all packaging before cooking.
Electric 200°C/Fan 180°C/ Gas mark 6. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven for 18-20 minutes from chilled and 20-25 minutes from frozen, turning halfway through cooking. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout, no pink meat remains and the juices run clear. Do no reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
