Oven cook - From Ambient - 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 4-6 mins.
Place single wrapon a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and heat for times indicated.
Microwave - From Ambient - 700W, 25-30 secs.
800W, 20-25 secs.
900W, 15-20 secs.
Place single wrap onto a microwaveable plate and heat for times indicated.
