Preparation and Usage
Cooking Instructions
You will need:
3- 4 chicken fillets (450g), sliced into strips
1 onion, diced
1 small red pepper, diced
1 small green pepper, diced
How to prepare:
1. Fry the chicken strips and onions in a little oil on the hob at medium to high heat.
2. Add the red and green peppers and stirfry for 1 minute.
3. Add the Erin Meal Time Chicken Stirfry mix and 125ml of water. Stir well and cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
Ensure the chicken is cooked and piping hot before serving.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with stir fried noodles or Roma Basmati Rice.
