Preheat grill to a medium temperature. Place chorizo under grill and cook for the time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - 8 mins.
Pan fry: Preheat 10ml of oil in a pan over a medium heat. Place chorizo in pan and cook gently for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
