Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. Score the skin of the duck breasts with a sharp knife and season with sea salt and cracked black pepper before cooking.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6
Medium: 15 minutes
Well done: 20 minutes
- Preheat oven. Place the duck breast fillets on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
- Cook for time indicated, basting throughout.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes. Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat.
