Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Get hands on
Preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C fan) / Gas 7.
1. Pop the frozen pastry cases on a baking tray, leaving a couple of fingers' space between each one.
2. Place the tray on the top shelf of the oven and bake for 13-15 minutes, turning halfway. Bake until they're golden and lightly puffed.
Preparation and Usage
Plan Ahead
Once baked, the cool pastry cases can be stored in an air tight container for up to 2 days - Great for planning ahead!
Crispy Till Served
To keep your Vol Au Vent cases crisp, make sure you only add the filling up to an hour before serving.
