Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 25-30 mins.
Preheat mins. Oven. Wrap the salmon loosely in parchment paper. Place skin side down on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for the time indicated.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
