Cooks in foil tray provided. Remove card sleeve and film before cooking.<br/> 200ºC, Fan 180ºC, GAS 6 55-60 mins.<br/> Preheat oven. Place the chicken crown, in foil tray provided, on a roasting tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated, basting throughout. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked before serving. To check, insert a skewer into the deepest part of the breast, if the chicken is cooked the juices will run clear, if not continue to cook and repeat check.<br/> Once Cooked, Cover with Foil and Allow to Rest for 10 Minutes Before Carving.
