Regional Information - The terroir of the IGP Pays d'Oc is a vast geological mosaic, ranging from
the schists and sandstones of the hillsides to the clay-limestone plains,
passing through the sands of the coast.
Vinification Details - Selection of top-of-the-range wines across the Languedoc region. Excellent
maturity. Traditional vinification with extended maceration. Extraction
via pumping over or délestage. Aging on staves for a portion of the Syrah
(French oak staves, medium toast) to impart palate structure and roasted notes. Aging a part of the Marselan with French oak chips for a gourmet, vanilla touch.
