Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging and allow the chops to come up to room temperature for 10-15 minutes before cooking. Drizzle with a little olive oil just before cooking and season with sea salt and cracked black pepper while cooking.
Allow chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Do not reheat.
Grill - From Chilled - Medium: 12 - 13 minutes
Well Done: 14 - 15 minutes
- Preheat grill to a Medium temperature.
- Place chops under grill and cook for times indicated, turning occasionally.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Medium: 8 - 10 minutes
Well Done: 10 - 12 minutes
- Preheat a pan over a High heat.
- Sear chops on both sides, reduce the heat to Medium and cook for times indicated, turning occasionally.
