Cooks in foil tray provided. Remove film and label before cooking.<br/> 200°C, Fan 180°C, 45 mins. per kg + 20 mins. Extra<br/> Preheat oven. Place the chicken, in foil tray provided, on a roasting tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated, basting throughout. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked before serving. To check, insert a skewer into the deepest part of the breast and thigh, if the chicken is cooked the juices will run clear, if not continue to cook and repeat check.<br/> Once cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes-before carving.
