For an authentic ramen experience simply add:
half soft boiled egg, chicken breast slices, bean sprouts and spring onions.
Yutaka Miso Ramen Meal Kit is quick, easy to prepare and contains the essentials to create one of the most popular ramen in Japan with its umami rich soup. Simply add your own toppings to create your authentic ramen experience.
1 Cook Noodles
Boil 700ml of water, add the ramen noodles and simmer on a low heat for 2 minutes.
2 Add Soup
Add the miso soup base, stir and cook for a further 3 minutes. Before turning off the heat add the dried garnish and stir.
3 Top & Enjoy!
Add half soft boiled egg and bean sprouts plus any other toppings of your choice (see below for inspiration). Enjoy whilst it's hot!

- Nori seaweed for texture and aroma.
- A small knob of butter to add richness.
