Cooking Guidelines
Hob - From Ambient - Allow 40g of dry mix per 80g cooked serving. Wash thoroughly and soak overnight in plenty of cold water. Rinse in fresh water, place in and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil, boil briskly a saucepan for 10 minutes, reduce heat and simmer gently for a further 25-35 minutes until tender.
