Cooking Instructions - General - This is a based on a 900W microwave.
As with any hot product, please be careful.
Hob - From Ambient - (Serves 2)
Stir one cup (80g) of Flahavan's Jumbo Oat Flakes into 2 1/2 cups (550ml) of cold water/milk. Bring to the boil and simmer of 4-5 minutes stirring occasionally.
Microwave - From Ambient - (Serves 1)
Stir 1/2 cup (40g) of Flahavan's Jumbo Oat Flakes with one cup (220ml) of cold water/milk in a deep bowl allowing over an inch at the top of the bowl for the oats to cook. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes, stir and serve.
