Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
500g-800g 8-10 mins., 800g-1.1kg 10-14 mins.
Preheat 5ml of oil in a pan over a medium heat. Add mince, season and brown for time indicated until all juices run clear. Use as per your favourite recipe.
