If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed, do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances; the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging and allow chops to come up to room temperature for 10-15 minutes before cooking. Drizzle with a little oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - 8-10 mins.
Preheat pan over high heat. Sear chops on both sides, reduce the heat to medium and cook for the time indicated, turning occasionally.
Grill - From Chilled - 10-12 mins.
Preheat grill to a medium temperature. Place chops under grill and cook for time indicated, turning occasionally.
