Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging and allow the meat to come up to room temperature for 10-15 minutes before cooking. Drizzle with a little oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Preheat a pan over a high heat. Sear the chops on both sides, reduce the heat to medium and cook for time indicated until all juices run clear, turning occasionally.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
