Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging prick the skin of the duck legs with a sharp knife and season with sea salt and cracked black pepper before cooking.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 1hr 10mins
- Preheat oven. Place the legs on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
- Cook for 40 minutes, basting throughout.
- For extra tenderness, cook for a further 30 minutes.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes. Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
