Microwave - From Chilled - 800W 2 mins.
900W 1 1/2 mins.
Empty contents into a microwave bowl. Place onto a microwave plate and cook for times indicated. Stir half way through cooking. Stir before serving.
Stir Fry - From Chilled - Meal Suggestion
- In a preheated wok, if adding meat or seafood, stir fry until lightly browned.
- Add vegetables and stir fry both for time indicated on pack.
- Add stir fry sauce just before the end of cooking and serve over rice or noodles.
- Ensure protein and vegetables are fully cooked before serving.
