Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only.
Ensure Product is Piping Hot Throughout.
Do Not Reheat.
Microwave - From Chilled - 800W 2 mins., 900W 1 1/2 mins.
Pierce the pouch where indicated above. Place upright in microwave and cook for time indicated. Allow to stand for 1 minute and tear open the pouch. Take care when opening the pouch as steam will escape and there will be hot juices. Stir before serving.
Stir Fry - From Chilled - 3-4 mins.
Remove all packaging. Heat a little oil in a heavy base frying pan or wok. Add noodles and cook for time indicated, turning occasionally.
Preparation and Usage
Our Stir Fry Meal Suggestion
If adding meat or seafood, stir fry until lightly browned. Add vegetables and stir fry both for time indicated on pack. Add stir fry sauce just before the end of cooking and serve over rice or noodles. Ensure protein and vegetables are fully cooked before serving.
