- Suitable for home freezing.
- If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month.
- Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours.
- Once thawed do not refreeze.
- This product may have been previously frozen and defrosted to chill temperature under controlled conditions. Further freezing will not affect the quality.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat.
Oven cook - From Chilled - 200°C, Fan 180°C Gas 6 12-15 mins
Preheat oven. Wrap salmon in parchment paper or foil to lock in juices. Place skin side down on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - 10-12 mins.
Preheat 10ml of oil in a pan over a Medium heat. Place the salmon skin side down in the pan and cook gently for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
