If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Cook in foil tray provided. Remove card sleeve and film before cooking.
200ºC, Fan 180ºC, Gas 6, 30-35 mins.
Preheat oven. Place foil tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated above until all juices run clear.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
